I only collect information you choose to give me, plus the basic technical data any website receives.
Information you submit through the contact form
When you complete the “Request a Quote” form, you may provide:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your phone number and preferred contact method (optional)
- Assignment details such as service type, appointment type, preferred date and time, location or video platform, and estimated duration (optional)
- Anything you write in the “Reason for Reaching Out” and “Additional Notes” fields
Please keep sensitive details general. Because I work in medical, legal, and immigration settings, the form asks you to describe your assignment only at a high level. Please do not include detailed health, legal, or immigration information in the form. We can discuss those specifics securely after we are in contact.
Standard technical information
Like most websites, my web host automatically records basic technical data when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site itself does not place advertising or analytics cookies on your device.
How I use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide an estimate
- To schedule, prepare for, and provide interpreting services you request
- To send invoices and communicate about ongoing work
- To keep records as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes

Who receives your information
I keep your information confidential and share it only with the service providers that help me operate this website and respond to you:
- Web3Forms — the form-delivery service that processes your contact-form submission and forwards it to me. Your submission passes through Web3Forms under its own terms and privacy notice (web3forms.com/privacy).
- My email provider — your message is delivered to and stored in my email inbox so I can read and reply to it.
- My website host — the company that stores and serves these web pages and records the standard technical data described above.
I may also disclose information if required by law or to protect legal rights.

When you click a link that leaves this website, or send an email, you go to a service operated by someone else. That service may use its own cookies and storage technologies under its own terms and privacy notice. I am not responsible for the practices of websites I do not operate.
How long I keep your information
I keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet ordinary business and legal recordkeeping needs. If you would like your inquiry information deleted, contact me and I will remove it where I am not required to keep it.

I take reasonable steps to protect the information I hold, including limiting access and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is another reason to keep sensitive details out of the form until we can use a secure channel.
Your choices
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted by emailing [email protected]. You can also choose not to provide optional details, though some information is needed for me to give an accurate estimate.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging professional interpreting services and is not directed to children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
A note on interpreting confidentiality
Separate from this website policy, I follow professional interpreter codes of ethics. Information shared during an interpreting assignment is treated as strictly confidential and is not discussed outside that assignment.
